Ingredients

  • 1amount eggs
  • 3/4amount sugar
  • 3/4amount melted butter
  • 1amount bread crumb
  • 1amount ground peanuts
  • Vanilla
  • Lemon zest
  • Baking powder (10 g for each 2 eggs)
  • For syrup :
  • 1amount sugar
  • 2amounts water
  • Roses water

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk well sugar with eggs

  2. 2

    Add butter, vanilla and zest, whisk well

  3. 3

    Add bread crumbs, ground peanuts and baking powder

  4. 4

    Pour it in a mold or individual molds and bake it on 180 degrees

  5. 5

    Meanwhile prepare syrup, boil it for ten minutes, turn off fire and add roses water

  6. 6

    Pour syrup on the bey bread and decorate it with ground peanuts
