1amount eggs
3/4amount sugar
3/4amount melted butter
1amount bread crumb
1amount ground peanuts
Vanilla
Lemon zest
Baking powder (10 g for each 2 eggs)
For syrup :
1amount sugar
2amounts water
Roses water

Steps

Whisk well sugar with eggs

Add butter, vanilla and zest, whisk well

Add bread crumbs, ground peanuts and baking powder

Pour it in a mold or individual molds and bake it on 180 degrees

Meanwhile prepare syrup, boil it for ten minutes, turn off fire and add roses water
6

Pour syrup on the bey bread and decorate it with ground peanuts
