Steps

Put 2 litres of water, add oil, blueband and salt to taste

Then cut the carrots into small cubicles add the carrots to water.

When water has already boiled add in rice.

Boil for 30 minutes until all water is gone.

While boiling ensure the Sufuria is covered. Simmer for 15 minutes until ready.

When ready serve hot.
