2carapau fish
3 glovesgarlic
1/2 packet chicken stock powder
1 tbsvinegar
1onion, chopped
2tomato, chopped
2small carrots, chopped
1small green pepper, chopped
Pinchsalt
1 tsprajah spice

Steps

Marinade fish in garlic, vinegar and chicken stock for 15 minutes

Fry it until brown
3

Pour oil into a pot and fry until hot and add Onion, cook till tender
4

Add tomato, rajah spice, carrots and green pepper
5

Add water let it boil for 10 minutes
