First take a bowl add water and sabu wait for 3 hrs.

Take a pan add milk wait for some time.

After some time add gee in a pan. Fry sabu dana for some time.

Fry the nut nut.

In that pan add milk. Add sugar.

Add sabu dana, nut, kismis, long, alaichi powder, rose water.add khir in milk.

Cover the pan for some time.

Switch off the gas.

Take a bowl add sabu dana payesa.garnish with nut & kismis & khir.
