Put enough beans powder,little seasononig,g/oil and water enough to make a watery paste. whisk to make it airy and more soft, add the spinach, mix and pour into the leather or any container of choice and steam untill well cooked.

For the sauce... pour the p/oil add in the two pepper and the garlic and ginger,fry for 3 minutes,add the seasonings, onions, fry for 3-4 minutes and its done.

Serve hot with any drink or juice of choice.
