Ingredients

  • 2 CupGram Flour / Besan
  • 2tblspn Ghee
  • 1/4 tspIlayachi powder
  • 1/4 CupDessicated Coconut / Nariyal Bura
  • 1/2 cupCheeni Ka Bura
  • Chocolate Balls for decoration
  • 1/4 CupThick Malayi
  • 1-2tblspn Melon Seeds
  • 1 tspColourful sprinkles

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in heavy Bottom pan.

  2. 2

    Add besan and roast till golden colour.

  3. 3

    Add melon seeds, ilayachi powder and sugar powder. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook for few minutes and switch off the flame.

  5. 5

    Put the ready better in a greased thali.

  6. 6

    Cover with a cotton cloth and rest it for 1 hr.

  7. 7

    Now make topping.

  8. 8

    For topping take thick malayi in A bowl. Add Dessicated Coconut and mix well.

  9. 9

    Put this malayi better on set besan barfi and apply evenly.

  10. 10

    Add some colourful sprinkles. Cut into pieces. decorate each piece with chocolate Balls. And serve.
