Steps

Heat ghee in heavy Bottom pan.

Add besan and roast till golden colour.

Add melon seeds, ilayachi powder and sugar powder. Mix well.

Cook for few minutes and switch off the flame.

Put the ready better in a greased thali.

Cover with a cotton cloth and rest it for 1 hr.

Now make topping.

For topping take thick malayi in A bowl. Add Dessicated Coconut and mix well.

Put this malayi better on set besan barfi and apply evenly.

Add some colourful sprinkles. Cut into pieces. decorate each piece with chocolate Balls. And serve.
