Steps

Cut the leaves from the stem and wash with running water

Place the leaves in a sufuria or saucepan and add water.

Boil until the water evaporates.

Chop the onions finely
- 5
Fry the onions till golden brown.
- 6
Add managu to the Fried onions and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 7
Serve hot. Can be Accompanied with ugali.
