2 cupsboiled peas
Bread crumbs
salt as per taste
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
few soaked kishmish
few crushed kaju
oil for frying

Boil matar, mash it.

Mix all ingredients properly in it, except oil.

Make balls of it.

Flat it slightly.

Make hole inside with the help of straw.

Fry it in hot oil.

Take out extra oil on absorbed paper.

Serve hot.
