Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 2 cupsboiled peas
  • Bread crumbs
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • few soaked kishmish
  • few crushed kaju
  • oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil matar, mash it.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients properly in it, except oil.

  3. 3

    Make balls of it.

  4. 4

    Flat it slightly.

  5. 5

    Make hole inside with the help of straw.

  6. 6

    Fry it in hot oil.

  7. 7

    Take out extra oil on absorbed paper.

  8. 8

    Serve hot.
