  • 1cucumber
  • 1large head lettuce (torn into bite size pieces)
  • 1/2carrot
  • 1/2beetroot
  • 1/2 cupgrape tomatoes
  • 1avocado
  • 2 tbsof Italian dressing/salad dressing of your choice

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut the cucumber,carrot,beetroot and avocado into cubes or your desired shapes

  2. 2

    In a bowl/big plate add in beetroot,carrot,lettuce,avocado and whole grape tomatoes in that order.add your favorite salad dressing on top.Enjoy
