Shift the skinless roasted gram flour.

Add powder sugar and mix properly.

Add warm ghee in it and mix properly.

Add ellaichi powder in it.

Now make small flat balls or set in a greased plate.

Put silver vork over the sattu. Garnish with chopped dryfruits.

It stays longer as there is no water in it. Cut and keep in a airtght container..
