Githeri is one food I don't cook often but when I cook I like it with lots of dania.

Mix the boiled maize and beans and boil to form Githeri

Cut onions tomatoes and dania. Put oil in sufuria and fry onions until slightly brown.

Add in the tomatoes and fry until soft. Add the tomato paste and royco the mix very well. Then add the mixed maize and beans. Stir very well. Add in dania and mix.

Mix very well.Add salt to taste. Add water and allow to cook for 15 minutes then serve.
