2 cupsbottle guard (grated)
1 cupBesan
2 teaspoonsgreen chilly (chopped)
1 tablespoononion (finely chopped )
1/2 teaspoonHaldi Powder
1 teaspoonRed chilly powder
1 teaspoonAjwain
1 tablespooncoriander (finely chopped)
to tasteSalt
to tasteChaat masala
Oil for deep frying

Mix all above mentioned ingredients

Heat sufficient oil in a pan and drop small amounts of ready batter in to it

Fry till golden brown from all sides and crisp
4

Sprinkle some chaat masala on ready fritters and serve with green chutney or tomato sauce
