Beef Waru
I wanted to use warudi to thicken my stew and it was great.
Steps

Put oil in the pan and add in the onions. Fry until lightly brown.

Add tomatoes and stir. Then add cilantro stalks and stir for around 5 minutes. Add salt and stir.

Add the peeled potatoes and beef and cook for about 25 minutes until the potatoes and the beef become soft. Add royco(dissolve royco in a quarter cup of water) boil for five more minutes.

Serve....So yummy!!!
