Heat a tsp ghee, saute the cashew nuts, raisins until the puff up.remove from pan.

In the same pan saute the vermicelli on low heat until golden brown.keep it aside.

Boil milk in a pan. add the roasted vermicelli and cook stirring until soft and tender.

One the vimicelli is cook the condensed milk, well and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add cashew nuts, raisins and cardamom power.
- 6
Enjoy it hot and cold.
