Layered samosa
Steps

Take maida add a pinch salt and hot oil make a dough with help of water

Put a pan on flame add two tbl spn oil put some sounf and methi add green peas and all dry masala as per test

Add boiled potato and garam masala and sugar

Now take the maida dough and stuffing

Take a ball size dough and roll it with roller pin

Make and semicircle cut and three or four small cut on one side

Set it at one shape

Fill stuffing and give it a samosa shape

Put kadai and hot the oil for deep frying
- 10
Fry all samosa in batches on low flame till became golden in colour
- 11
Serve hot with sauce or chatni
