Pour 1/4 small cup of oil in sufuria and leave to heat

Cut onion into small diced and pieces,then poured it in sufuria, stir it until it Fry in golden brown

Chopped tomatoes into pieces and pour in onions sufuria while you keep stirring it

Clean it by removing large leaves and chopped it into small diced,poured in sufuria

Stirred it until it's well cooked then add 1/4 salt of tea spoon and stirred

Serve hot with any other food like, ugali,chapati,ayot and akoop
