250 mlSelf Raising Flour
150 mlSugar
150 mlCocoa Powder
250 mlMilk
2Large Eggs
2Tbsn Butter
PinchSalt
10 mlHot Water
100 mlOlive Oil

Pre heat oven at 180 degrees Mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, cocoa) Melt butter (don't heat) Whisk milk, eggs, soft butter, oil then slowly whisk into dry ingredients. Once batter is smooth and combined, slowly pour water.

Grease a 8x8 or 10x10 pan then pour battery. Bake for +- 30 min or till knive comes out clean.
