#Bandhan
It's my own idea. ..tasty crispy. ..
Steps
- 1
Take jowar remove the seeds. Boil it by adding 1/2 spoon salt. Let it be cool. Put in mixer jar
- 2
Add little curry leaves. Coriander leaves. Green chilly. Grind roughly without water.
- 3
Now nicely chop the onion
- 4
Also Chop the coriander and curry leaves little. Get ready all.
- 5
Now take ajwain and jeera
- 6
Mix all well
- 7
Take the pan heat the oil
- 8
From the dough take little and little leave on it fry in medium flame. Till golden brown
- 9
When the bubbles start to stop remove it and put on jallaried vessel or a white paper to dry oil.
- 10
Now ready to serve it hot...
- 11
My tip..don't fry in high flame. If u fry in high flame inside will be uncooked. If u fry in low flame it absorbs more oil...
