Ingredients

For 8 person
  • 1 cupBoiled rajma -
  • 1 cupBoiled rice -
  • 4 tspArraroot -
  • 1 cupBread crumbs -1 cup
  • 1Chopped onion -
  • 1Chopped capsicum -
  • 1Chopped Tomato -
  • 4Chopped green chillies -
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder -
  • 1 tspPizza seasoning -
  • to TasteSalt according
  • Maida paste - 1 bowl
  • Oil for Frying

Steps

10 min.
  1. 1

    First grind the boiled rice and rajma separately

  2. 2

    Transfer in a plate and add Chopped veggies, arraroot, 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs.

  3. 3

    Add red chilli powder, Salt and pizza seasoning.

  4. 4

    Mix well and make a dough.

  5. 5

    Grease your hands and put some mixture on your palm

  6. 6

    Make the cycledrical shape kebabs.

  7. 7

    Dip in the Maida mixture and coat with the Bread crumbs.

  8. 8

    Bind well.

  9. 9

    Hot the oil and Deep fry your kebabs on medium flame.

  10. 10

    Enjoy with tea or coffee.
