Grind dal and seive it

Add 1 tsp of ghee to pan

Dry roast dal on slow flame

Roast for atleast 15 minutes

Keep aside and let it cool down completely

Now whisk ghee and sugar till it becomes fluffy

Add dal to whisked ghee and sugar

Add almond and cardmom powder

Mix and keep it in airtight container
