Ingredients

90 minutes

  • 2 kgbeef
  • 1/4 cupvinegar
  • 1/4 cuplight soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbspthyme
  • leafbay
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • 1 tbspginger
  • 2 tsporegano
  • 1salt
  • 3 large lemon
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 2 largeTomatoes

Steps

90 minutes
  1. 1

    Don't cut the beef but wash it to clean

  2. 2

    Boil with its water. add pepper, bay leaf, oregano,thyme, half garlic and ginger and a little salt for 25mins

  3. 3

    Marinade with lemon,ginger and garlic and a little vinegar for 45 mins. Remove the skin of tomatoes and grate make into a paste ad add honey, pour on top the final product.

  4. 4

    Grill in an oven for 30mins or until well brown.

  5. 5

    Enjoy with ugali and kachumbari
