Ingredients

  • 1 poundground beef
  • 1/2large onion chopped
  • 1/2large green pepper chopped
  • 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 packetsazon with saffron (I use Goya)
  • 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1 tablespooncomplete seasoning
  • 2 tablespoonsground cumin
  • 1/4 cupraisins
  • 1/2 cupstuffed pimento manzanilla olives
  • 1small can tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef with green pepper, onion and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add garlic powder, complete seasoning, cumin and simmer a few minutes

  3. 3

    Add raisins and olives and simmer 2 more minutes.

  4. 4

    Add tomato sauce.

  5. 5

    Stir well, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve over white rice
