200 gspinach
30 gsesame seeds
2 tablespoonssugar
1 tablespoonsoy sauce

Wash the spinach.

To parboil, bring plenty of water to a boil in a pot. Boil for 10 seconds. Wash it with running water.

How to make the sesame dressing. Place into a grinding bowl (or a food processor) and coarsely grind the sesame seeds and then add the sugar and soy sauce.

Cut the lease into about 3~4 cm pieces in length. Squeeze the spinach with your hands to drain well.

Separate the spinach and mix it together with the sesame dressing in a bawl.
