  • 1/4cucumber
  • 1/4tomato 🍅
  • 1small spoon preserved lemon 🍋
  • 1 tbsponion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2-3sliced of bread 🥖

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Dice tomato, cucumber, preserved lemon, and onion.

  2. 2

    Mix well with olive oil, pepper and salt.

  3. 3

    Toast sliced bread and spread olive oil on them.

  4. 4

    Place the mixed vegetables on the bread, enjoy!
