Baby potatoes in spicy Curd Masala

Boil baby potatoes. Remove peels. Cut into half if in big size.

Roast peanuts. Crush it.

Heat oil in wok (Kadhai). Add Jeera, cloves, Roasted peanuts. Stir well.

Add potatoes. Stir all. Add ginger, garlic green chillies,kitchen king Masala, turmeric. Mix all.

In a bowl add curd, red chilli, Garam Masala, coriander powder, salt, kasoori methi. Mix all.

Add this curd paste in potatoes. Mix properly in potatoes. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Coriander leaves. Remove from gas. Transfer in a bowl

Garnish with spring onion
