I love quick food so I don't stay in the kitchen for a long time I don't like finding myself cooking food that will take long so healthy and quick food.
Steps

Rinse your Spinach clean thoroughly

Chop your onion and your chilles

Put your pot on the stove and pour the cooking oil to warm then once it is warm you can add your onion and chilies

While it is frying on the stove, chop all of your Spinach
- 5
Then stir your pot once the onion change colour the add your beef stock and spices and stir once it's all mixed then add your tomato then stir and cover the pot for a minute.

Open the pot and stir then add your Spinach once added stir again and cover and it is busy cooking leave it for 5 minutes covered.

Stir and taste that all the ingredients are all mixed well and the Spinach is cooked and don't cover the pot, cook it open

While the pot is cooking prepare your soup thickeners mix them in a small cup of water then pour it to the Spinach pot and let it cook and decrease the stove temperature to let the pot simmer for few minutes

Once the Spinach is cooked it can be served with any meal but I like it with veggies and Chicken.
