Take milk powder, sugar, cream in a container and beat in single direction till fluffy.

Add both the flour, baking powder, soda bi carb, vanilla essence and mix the batter. Add milk to get falling consistency.

Micro on Hi for 7-8 minutes, check with tooth pick if required increase the time.

For icing divide whipped cream in two equal parts add sugar as per taste, milk powder and strawberry sauce in one part and mango sauce in another part
- 5
Cut the cake in two halves let it cool. Apply strawberry cream in centre put the another layer and than top it with mango cream.
