Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRajgira flour
  2. 1 cupBhagar flour
  3. 1 cupmilk powder
  4. 1 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  5. 1 cupfresh cream
  6. 1 cupmilk powder
  7. 1 tspleveled baking powder
  8. 1/4 tspsoda bi carb
  9. 1 tspVanilla essence
  10. 1/2 cupmilk
  11. For icing
  12. 1 cupwhipped cream
  13. 1/4 cupmilk powder
  14. 1/4 cuppowder sugar
  15. 1.cup strawberry sauce
  16. 1 cupmangoes sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Take milk powder, sugar, cream in a container and beat in single direction till fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add both the flour, baking powder, soda bi carb, vanilla essence and mix the batter. Add milk to get falling consistency.

  3. 3

    Micro on Hi for 7-8 minutes, check with tooth pick if required increase the time.

  4. 4

    For icing divide whipped cream in two equal parts add sugar as per taste, milk powder and strawberry sauce in one part and mango sauce in another part

  5. 5

    Cut the cake in two halves let it cool. Apply strawberry cream in centre put the another layer and than top it with mango cream.
