Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then add in the blue band mix it all up to formula bread like crumps

Then add in eggs and mix very. Then add in warm water mix and start to knead with your bear thumbs.

Knead until hard (Semi soft) then allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes roll the dough in a flat surface upto a few inches.

Then cut into desired sizes. Heat oil in medium heat. Make sure the oil is ready before putting the mandazi dough there.

Start cooking the mandazis until slightly brown on each side.
