1medium size fried fish
3tomatoes
Cooking oil
1small onion
1 piecegarlic
1hoho
Dania
1Red pepper
Salt
1 tsproyco

Stir fry onions and garlic with cooking oil till translucent. Then add tomatoes and hoho

Stir the mixture then add enough water for soup.

Add a pinch of salt and royco. Add red pepper.

Dip the fish then sprinkle dania. Cover to stew for 15 minutes.

Serve with Ugali
