On the chopping board chop your onions,meat,your carrots and tomatoes.

On your frying pan add onions and 1 1/2oil tea spoon fry till golden brown

Add your tomatoes add cook till its think

Add carrots,tomatoes,greanpepper.

Let's it cook for 5 mins

Add meat and salt to tast and leav it for 5mins then add 1cup of water let it cook for 20mins

Add your potatoes and let it cook for 1omins

The stew is ready

On your cooking pot add the remaining two cups of water and let it boil

Add your flour and stir till thick enough

Let it cook for 15mins in a low heat

On a frying pan add the remaining oil and let it be warm and add your leafy spinach steam for 2mins
