To prepare the crepes, mix all crepe ingredients together. Pour a small amount into a nonstick pan, just enough to coat the bottom after rolling the pan around. Heat over medium heat for about a minute on each side (use a plastic spoon to lift and flip the crepe). Repeat until all crepe batter is used. Place on a plate with a piece of wax paper between each crepe. Note: Crepes can be done ahead of time and stored in refrigerator for up to 3 hours. Yield: 6 Crepes.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Fill each crepe with 2 slices of Swiss cheese, and a scoop of the ham/chicken mixture. Roll crepe and place in a baking dish seamside down.

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

While baking, prepare the Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.

Place Crepes on a serving dish and top with Hollandaise sauce.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
