Ingredients

  1. 2 gallonsripe tomatoes
  2. 6large onions
  3. 1scant cup shot
  4. 8red or green peppers, seeded
  5. 1 bunchcelery chopped
  6. 1/4 cupcelery seed
  7. 2 poundssugar
  8. 5 cupscider vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop tomatoes and put into colander

  2. 2

    Chop onions and peppers.

  3. 3

    Place in bag with salt.

  4. 4

    Drain all overnight.

  5. 5

    Add celery, celery seed, to tomato pulp, onions and peppers.

  6. 6

    Boil sugar and vinegar and let cool; pour cold over Vegetables.

  7. 7

    Pack in to sterilized jars and seal.
