  1. 200 gminced meat
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1green capsicum chopped
  4. 1red capsicum chopped
  5. 2chopped tomatoes
  6. cooking oil
  7. salt
  8. 1/2 tbsroyco

    Boil the minced meat

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion s in the boiled minced meat.

  3. 3

    Stir then add the capsicums both green and red.

  4. 4

    As you stir add tomatoes and cover for 3minutes

  5. 5

    Uncover and stir then add royco stirred in a little water

  6. 6

    Add salt and cover for 3minutes then serve with rice.
