Cooking Instructions

Cut eggplants into medium slices and soak in water with some salt.

Drain the eggplants and fry in deep oil till it is golden brown.

Put on kitchen towels to absorb the oil. put eggplants in a plate and put the yogurt on top.

Mix yogurt, salt, pepper, peppermint, garlic together.
- 5
Put the eggplant in a plate and pour the yogurt mix on top, then serve.
