Steps

Leaves ko ache se wash kar le. Then Onions, ginger, garlic ka paste bana le.

Fir.. ek bartan me besan or paste dale or salt, haldi, mirch, ajwain, jeera, masale, dry mango powder dale fir usme panni daal kar smooth batter bana le. Jaisa hum pakode bante time banate hai.

Fir ek leave lo use ulta kar le or uspe better ache se lagaye. fir 2 nd leave le use pe 1st leave ke uper ulta rakh de or better lagye isi tarha 5 leaves ko batter lga ker fold kar ke tight thread bandh do. (Isi trh baki leaves ko bana le)

Fir cooker le usme ek glass panni daal kar jo steam stand rakh kar usme jo leaves ko ready kiya vo rakh de. Fir ek whistle aane do aur low flame pe five min pkne do. Check kre ki leaves ka color change ho gya hai or vo soft ho ge h. Agr soft ho ge hai to nikal lao.

Fir pan me oil garam kre and isko fry kero crispy hone do fir serve kero...
