Chop the kunafa dough after removing it from the freezer. Pour ghee and 2 tablespoons of sugar over it, then rub together until the dough absorbs the ghee.

Grease a cupcake pan with ghee or butter.

Place some kunafa dough into each cupcake mold and fill with clotted cream, cream cheese, or nuts as desired.

Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Pour sugar syrup over the cupcakes while hot. Enjoy!
