Steps

Blend ginger, garlic, 1/2 onion, ginger, thyme, celery and parsley

Add half of the mixture above to the sliced chicken. Add a teaspoon of white pepper, 2 cups of water, salt and cube. Cook for 15mins

Peel the plantain and cut into thick cubes. Warm the oil in a pan and fry till golden brown.

Chop the peppers, carrots and green beans into desired shapes.

Roughly blend the tomatoes

Drain the chicken and put into the oven for about 15mins.

Reduce the oil you used for frying the plantain. Add to the oil in the pan the rest of the chopped onion and fry.

Add tomato puree and fry till the water dries up.

Add the rest of the blended green spices, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper and the chicken stock.

Put in the chicken and fried plantain and cook for about 5 mins.

Add the chopped green beans, carrots and peppers and cook for 10mins

Serve it hot.
