Steps

Soke saffron in one tsp of water and set aside. Tak 2cup of curd in a large jug. whisk till the curd turne smooth.

Add ice cold water to adjust the consistency.

Add 3-4 tsp sugar powder, green cardamom power and saffron water. Whisk again.

Transfer the lassi to a serving glass also garnish with chopped mix dry fruits.

Serve chilled along with few ice cubes.
