Ingredients

  1. 130 gramflour
  2. 40 gbutter
  3. 1 cupMilk
  4. 1/4 tablespoonVanilla essence
  5. Sugar 3 table spoon
  6. 1/2 tablespoonbaking soda
  7. 1table spoon baking powder
  8. 1large egg
  9. 1/4 tablespoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda together

  2. 2

    Add the sugar and mix the whole dry ingredients together and set it aside

  3. 3

    Whisk the egg into an empty bowl, add the milk, vanilla essence and stir thoroughly

  4. 4

    Mix the wet and dry ingredients together and set it aside

  5. 5

    Grease the pan with butter and drt till it's goldeb.

  6. 6
