Ingredients

45 minutes
2 servings
  • 1Brocolli floret
  • 5large potatoes
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • Cheese
  • 2eggs
  • To tastesalt
  • Black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Ginger
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes and clean them well and cut to 1/4 inch.

  2. 2

    Chop your onion well and saute' it on low heat. Add your potatoes, a pinch of salt and chopped onions and let cook for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Clean your brocolli and slice it to thin pieces.

  4. 4

    Grease your baking pan, layer your potatoes at the base, season as desired I prefer black n cayenne pepper.

  5. 5

    Add your chopped brocolli as second layer on the baking tray, beat your 2 eggs pour them. Then add your cheese use as much or as little cheese as you prefer.

  6. 6

    Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius and bake for 15 minutes.

    An avocado comes in handy. Plate as desired. Bon Appetit
