Pancakes
This is my simple breakfast, i used my grandmothers recipe.
Steps

Put flour, baking powder, sugar and lemon rinds in a bowl.

Mix then add the two broken eggs and mix. Add water slowly to forn a soft pouring butter. Make sure the butter pours though making sure it is not that thick or too thin

Then add oil and stir thoroughly to ensure oil reaches everywhere.

Then heat a non stick pan in medium heat. Start pouring the butter in the pan, spread the butter to all sides.

Let it cook until you see bubbles on top of the pancakes and turn the pancake the other side cook until golden brown brown.

Put in a hot pot for 10 minutes then serve.
