Ingredients

  1. 2canned sardine, high quality one
  2. 150 gspring onion
  3. 2 table spoonsoy sauce
  4. 4 table spoonsake, or white wine
  5. sprinkle chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Use good quality oil sardine

    Heat sardine a bit on pan, no oil needed

  3. 3

    Cut spring onion into 3-4cm

  4. 4

    Stir spring onion in the same pan as sardine, with soy sauce and sake. Spring onion soak the flavor, that's the best part!!

    If you're hungry, you can put it on top of rice bowl. Great way to enjoy it!!
