Divide the chicken into small medium size pieces and put to boil in salt water. This depends on the toughness of the chicken.

Prepare the vegetables, cut them into small tiny pieces.

After the chicken has boiled start frying the onions in oil. Then add tomatoes and fry until soft.

Pour in water or chicken broth. Season with salt.

Add the boiled chicken to the stew and stir.

Dissolve royco in 1/2 cup of water then add to the cooking chicken.

Cook for five more minutes then serve.
