1/4cabbage
4cow heels
2 clovesgarlic
1onion
2small tomatoes
1 tspcurry spice
2 tbsoil
1carrot
1chicken stock powder

Steps

Boil brown sugar beans and cow heels in a separate pot for 1 hour

Fry onion, curry spice for 2 minutes then add tomatoes

Then add cabbage and carrot when tender add brown sugar beans and cow heels

Add chicken stock powder mix well let it cook for 15 minutes

Best served with rice
