Ingredients

  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cupclarified butter (ghee)
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4 tea spooncardamom powder
  • 1 spoonmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything together and knead a soft dough.

  2. 2

    Spread 1/2 centimeter thick layer of dough on a plate and cut different shapes with the help of cookie cutter.

  3. 3

    Place them on the greased baking tray.

    Bake them in the preheated oven for 15 - 17 minutes at 160 degree Celsius.
