Clean kitchen platform and grease it with little oil. We need large place for kneeding.

Take flour on platform add add dry ingredient like baking powder, baking soda, salt in it. Add little kasuri methi to increase flavour.

Take half of the garlic and chop them fine and add it in. Mix it.

Make a well inside flour and add oil and water. For 1 kg of flour add 3 cup of water with 1/2 cup of oil. Or tale your judgement of making a dough.

Now slowly add flour from side in well and press it. Repeat it till it obsorb all water.

Now using large space do kneading. Strech and dough. Repeat it. Once it become soft store it in one container for 1 hour.

Now heat clay pan. It gives you authentic clay oven flavour. Pan should be hot enough before putting nan on it.

Now take on portion of dough and make a naan by simply streching it. You can use rolling pin if u want. Before putting it on pan brush one side of naan with water and put that side down on pan.

Now make gas on low flame. Till then grind butter tbsp of oil and garlic with little salt. Add chopped coriander later and mix it.

Back to the pan, once you start seeing bubbles on top brush butter mixture on it. Sprinkle onion seed on it and press it gently. Now roast upper side on open flame and do this until you see golden pigments on top.
