Steps

Take a bowl mix all the ingredients of padoki and make a paste

Heat oil in deep pan and make small size pakodi and fry till golden brown in color

Take it out on tissue paper

Take another bowl and make a mixture of kadi

Heat oil in deep pan and add the kadi mixture to it

Add salt and cook till it is a bit thick

When u is half cooked add the prepared pakodi

Off the gas and close it with lid

Prepare the tempering

Heat oil in pan and add all the tempering masala

When it starts cracking off the gas and add it in the prepared kadi

Serve it hot with steam rice
