First boil the eggs

As the eggs boil chop tge ingredients

Once boile peel the eggs and split them into half

Fry the onions add tomatoes and the tomatoe paste add alittle water and cover to simmer for a minute or two

When the tomatoes are properly cooked and mashed add the spices ie tumeric,garam masala, black pepper and curry powder

Add water ad cover and let the spices cook for a bout aminute or two
- 7
Then add the eggs add and cover and let them cook. Dont leave them for long since the yolk can easily get mashed

Once cooked switch off you heat add the dhania cover and let it sit for five minutes before serving

Serve with rice or spaghetti in accordance with your tastr
